Hello everyone!! Hope you’re having a wonderful day!
I have quite a special post for you today, I decided to take part in Becca’s September reading challenge; Becca’s Bookoplathon, and this is my tbr!
It’s basically a game like Monopoly, just bookish. I’ve decided to do 4 rolls because Uni is starting and I don’t want to overwhelm myself–4 books is doable for me. Thankfully, the rolls were in my favor and I’m very happy with the selection I ended up with!
First roll:

In the first roll, I landed on People, which means that I need a book with people being the focal point of the cover. I chose These Twisted Bonds by Lexi Ryan.
I have read the first book These Hollow Vows last year and it ended on such a cliffhanger, it took me a while to recover. I’m truly thrilled to finally get to the second one and discover what happens next!
Second roll:

On the second roll, I landed on Pub/set 1999 or before on the second roll and I was a bit lost on what to choose UNTIL I remembered that Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen has been published before 1999.
Remember how I said I’m planning to read more classics this year and all that fancy stuff…Well, I haven’t read ANY of them books *nervous laughter* so hopefully I can get at least this one off the list (have started it previously but my mind just wouldn’t focus enough to follow along *faceplam*)
Third roll:

I got VERY lucky on this one because I got Favourite genre!!! I decided to go with a psychological thriller for this one and picked Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn.
This is the one I’m the most excited about to be honest!! I’ve been wanting to read it for AGES and I can’t believe I’m finally doing it!
If anyone of you have already read it, what are your thoughts?? I would love to know!
Fourth roll:

I got on the Chance card space, the book chosen is The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix.
I’ve recently saw this on Goodreads and it catched my eye. However, I’m a bit skeptical now because I just discovered it’s a horror thriller AND I’m not a big fan of horror (in my mind, horror always contains gory elements that I really don’t like). So we shall see how this one goes.
Are you participating in any challenges this month? What are the books you’re excited to read??

I still haven’t made it around to The Final Girl Support Group, but I love Grady Hendrix’s work. Hope you enjoy these!
